Walk In & Register
Arrive at Doctors Express during our opening hours (9 AM – 9 PM). Let the front desk know you’re here for a lateral flow test. If you’re a traveller, present your testing card issued at the airport.
Complete Paperwork
You’ll be handed a simple form to complete. Relax in our spacious reception area with TVs and free Wi-Fi while you wait. Please have your government-issued ID ready.
Sample Collection
A member of our clinical team will take you to an exam room where the test will be conducted. The sample collection is quick and minimally invasive—usually a simple nasal swab.
Receive Your Results
Results are typically ready within 15 minutes. For travellers, your testing card will be signed, stamped, and returned to you. If a travel certificate is required, it will be provided.

Understanding Your Results: If your test is negative, you will not receive any further communications. If your test is positive, our team will contact you with guidance and advise you to isolate whilst awaiting contact from Public Health.
